What to Keep in Your Car for Emergencies

Breakdowns happen, even to the best-kept cars. Having a few basics in your boot can make things a whole lot easier:

  • Hi-vis vest: So other drivers can see you.

  • Warning triangle: If you break down on a quiet road, this helps keep everyone safe.

  • Torch: A must if you're stuck at night.

  • Blanket or warm coat: Especially in winter.

  • Phone charger or power bank: A flat phone is no help in an emergency.

  • Water and snacks: Handy if you're waiting a while.

  • Basic first aid kit: Just in case.

Quick tip: Keep these in one bag in your boot so they’re always easy to grab. And if you ever do breakdown don’t worry. D&A Rescue will be on the way before you know it.
